  • Can I have my planner monogrammed?

    We unfortunately ended our monogramming feature but are so excited to say we found you something even better! Our friend Hannah over at Monogram It, Darling creates the most beautiful monogram stickers in lots of choices and is ready for your order!   • Do pens bleed through the pages of the Simplified Planner?

    Nope! We searched long and hard for the perfect paper for our Simplified Planners. We now use Mohawk paper (the same brand of paper Emily used as a wedding invitation designer many years ago)! It is thick, has a beautifully smooth texture, and is the perfect shade of white.   • Do the Color Coding Stickers fit perfectly between the lines of the Simplified Planner?

    The Color Coding dots extend beyond the lines just a bit on the Simplified Planners.

  • Does the Simplified Planner have blank notes pages inside?

    Our Weekly Simplified Planners and Dapperdesk planners have notes pages at the very end of the planner. Our Daily Simplified Planners do not (at this time).

Pineapple Points

  • Is there a cart minimum for my Pineapple Points to work?

    Yes! To use your Pineapple Points your cart must meet the minimum $50 requirement. 

  • Can I still get free shipping if I use Pineapple Points and it brings my total under $100?

    Unfortunately, no. Free shipping is offered when the final order subtotal is $100 or greater. If any discounts bring the subtotal below $100, we are not able to offer free shipping, as the system does not recognize that the order requirements have been met.

  • How can I earn Pineapple Points?

    There are a number of ways to earn points! All you'll need to do to activate your points is to sign up, or log into your account at emilyley.com.

    Ways to earn:

    •  Create an account - 200 points
    •  Follow on FB - 50 points
    •  Share on FB - 25 points (monthly)
    •  Follow @Simplified - 50 points

  • How do I sign up for Pineapple Points?

    Go to www.emilyley.com and follow these instructions:

    - Click on Pineapple Points in the bottom left corner
    - Log in with your account info
    - Click on Pineapple Points again

    That should do it! You can then go through the 'earn points' sections and click on the tabs as if you are a new follower and everything will populate itself. Your birthday points will be added on your actual birthday as long as it's entered 30 days prior!

  • Do I have to tune in live for your FB Live events or will they be available to view later?

    All Facebook Live events are posted to our Facebook page for later viewing. They will also be available in our Video Library on our website 24-48 hours after the event.

    This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from emilyley.com (the “Site”).

    PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

    When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.     Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

    When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

    HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

    We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

    Communicate with you;

    Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

    When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

    SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

    BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

    Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

    DATA RETENTION

    When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

    MINORS

    The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

    CHANGES

    We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

     

  • Do you sell your products wholesale?
     
    We actually no longer sell our products wholesale. In late 2017, we made the decision to devote all of our time and attention to building direct relationships with our customers. Thanks for thinking of us though!
  • I missed one of your FB Lives, where can I find the replay?

    We upload all of our Facebook Live videos to our Video Library. Please allow 24-48 hours (after the FB Live is recorded) for the video recording to be uploaded. You can also watch the recordings immediately on our Facebook page.

  • Do you have an affiliate program?

    We love working with carefully selected partners and influencers to grow our community and create original, unique, lifestyle-oriented content. Affiliates earn 15% of sales generated through their specific links. We carefully select our affiliates and are looking for story-tellers and unique content creators who have an authentic passion for organization and simplicity.  

    Program Requirements:

    • Must be a current user of The Simplified Planner and other Simplified® products.
    • Must have an existing blog or social media profile (at least six months old) that is consistently updated with original, authentic, positive content.
    • Must have a cumulative social reach of at least 5,000 followers.

Shipping & Returns

  • My package has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

    If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:

    • Check with neighbors to see if the package was left there.
    • Reach out to your local post office or UPS / FedEx facility.

    Please note, once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. At that point, it is the responsibility of the carrier. All lost / stolen package claims must be handled with them directly at the links below:

     

     

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    All orders are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us at Hello@EmilyLey.com within 7 days of receiving your order if your order arrived damaged or incorrect, and we are happy to issue a replacement.

  • I received an email saying my label was created, but my tracking has not updated?

    Good news! Well, sort of. Tracking systems are notoriously unreliable. In our experience, when this happens, your order IS in fact on its way... but tracking is, for some reason, not updating. This usually happens when a carrier forgets to scan a package. If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please send us a note at hello@emilyley.com and we will help you out.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    YES! We do ship internationally. 

    International orders require extended shipping time, 6-8 weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. 

  • How much is shipping?

    Great question! During checkout, before the payment screen you will be given a shipping estimate. We do not charge handling on our orders. Our shipping rates are passed directly from our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). You pay exactly what we pay them to ship your order. Please remember, shipping times are in ADDITION to handling times.

  • Why don't you include packing slips in your boxes?

    In an effort to reduce paper waste, our shipping partner does not include paper packing slips in your order. Please refer to your order confirmation email to verify the contents of your order.
