Can I return or exchange my order?

All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at Hello@EmilyLey.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, and we are happy to offer a replacement item. Please note that we are not able to refund, replace or offer shop credit for any Emily Ley or Simplified products purchased through Target, Staples, or Office Depot, as we do not carry stock of these licensed products. Customers are responsible for directing any and all questions to the applicable retailer.
